My name is Isabella. I lived my entire life in the Pacific North West and my love for coffee started when I became a volunteer at my church coffee shop.

I had various barista jobs in the area while in school studying to become a Dental Assistant. I enjoy working in the dental field and helping those in need but I always enjoyed being a barista more.

Becoming a barista taught me the true meaning of community. Having people come together in the cafe to celebrate, reconnect with friends, or simply to take a break from home life, showed me how vital those shared spaces are. It made me appreciate not only the importance of community itself but also the atmosphere that makes gathering possible.

I started Hilltop Coffee Cart to bring the place of a cafe to your event. I want people to have a memorable experience with something many people can enjoy.

The reason why I named my business Hilltop Coffee Cart is because in Matthew 5:14 says “You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden.” I want people to experience kindness, love and respect. It brings me great joy to serve as a barista and get the opportunity to meet so many people. I want my love for people to stand out and not be hidden.
